End User Licence Agreement (EULA) — 6hands

This End User Licence Agreement (the "EULA") supplements the Terms of Use and governs the grant of the right to use the 6hands application (the "Application"). The Licensor is the individual entrepreneur (IP) Usmanov Aleksandr Aleksandrovich, Republic of Uzbekistan, TIN 547089696 (the "Licensor").

By installing or using the Application, you accept the terms of this EULA.

1. Subject of the licence

1.1. The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, royalty-free licence to use the Application on mobile devices that you own or control.

1.2. The licence is granted for personal, non-commercial use in the territory of all countries where distribution of the Application is not prohibited by law, for the term of the Licensor's exclusive rights.

1.3. The Application is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Licensor.

2. What is prohibited

You may not:

• copy, distribute, rent out, sell or sublicense the Application, or provide access to it to third parties;
• modify the Application or create derivative works;
• decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer it, except where expressly permitted by mandatory provisions of law;
• remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks or other designations of the rightholder;
• circumvent technical protection measures, rate limits or the authenticity checks of handshake codes;
• use the Application through automated means (bots, emulators, mass-access scripts);
• use the Application to create a competing product.

3. Intellectual property

3.1. The Application, its source code, interface, design system, the "6hands" trademark, the logo and the proprietary terminology ("hand", "hands" as a unit of social distance) belong to the Licensor and are protected by intellectual property legislation.

3.2. Rights to user content remain with the users (Section 9 of the Terms of Use).

3.3. Open-source components included in the Application are used under the terms of their own licences; a list is available on request at support@6-hands.com.

4. Updates

4.1. The Licensor may release updates. Updates are governed by this EULA unless a separate agreement is supplied with them.

4.2. Some features may cease to work on outdated versions of the Application.

5. No warranties

5.1. The Application is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation and freedom from errors, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

5.2. The Application is under active development; failures and changes in functionality are possible.

6. Limitation of liability

The Licensor's liability is limited in the manner established by Section 13 of the Terms of Use.

7. Termination of the licence

7.1. The licence terminates automatically if you breach the terms of this EULA or of the Terms of Use, and also when you delete your account.

7.2. Upon termination of the licence you must cease using the Application and delete it from your devices.

8. App store terms

8.1. Apple. This EULA is entered into between you and the Licensor, not with Apple Inc. The licence is limited to use on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Usage Rules of the App Store. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance and support services. In the event the Application fails to conform to a warranty, Apple may refund the amount paid (if any) and has no other warranty obligations. Claims relating to product quality, requirements of consumer protection legislation and infringement of intellectual property rights are addressed to the Licensor. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and have the right to enforce it.

8.2. Google. This EULA is entered into between you and the Licensor. Google LLC is not a party to this EULA. Use is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.

8.3. Export restrictions. You represent that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated as "terrorist supporting", and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

9. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are resolved in the manner established by Section 18 of the Terms of Use.
